Can you landscape a steep Avalon block?
Yes. Sloping blocks are normal for us. We terrace the site with proper retaining and drainage, then connect the levels with paving, decking and stairs so the whole garden becomes usable.
What plants actually survive in Avalon?
Coastal natives handle the salt and wind best. We pick planting for your particular position, because a sheltered back garden and an exposed front slope are two different jobs.
Do you build decks with ocean views?
Often. Getting the deck height and seating position right is what makes the view work, and that gets decided at design stage, not on the day.
