I am writing to thank you and your team for the magnificent work you have recently completed in our garden. Peter and I have had so much pleasure already, viewing and using what now seems a beautiful expanse of landscaped and terraced garden. We were aware when planning this project that it was not the easiest of tasks, with many changes of levels involved, not to mention an owner/designer with quite definite ideas about what she wanted! We needed a landscaper with as much commitment to the job as we had. You and your team did not let us down.
From start to finish, the work was carried out with a quiet professionalism and expertise that made the whole experience for us, a pleasurable one — so often not the case when renovating! Your team was always punctual, pleasant and courteous, and worked so well together — an indication to us, Jeremy, of the quality of the business you run. We appreciated your careful supervision, always making sure we were happy with the work in progress. Nothing was ever too much trouble for anyone and Ken, your foreman, worked so patiently with us, interpreting our design down to the last millimeter! Needless to say, we have absolutely no hesitation in recommending you and thank you again — we do miss you all.
