We wanted to write and thank you and your team for the fantastic job you have done with the landscaping to complement our pool area. We started with a vague brief to you – “to create new pathways and “fix up” the garden area so that it complements the pool.” Right from the start we were both very impressed with your ability to create a vision for us but also to incorporate our own ideas (and steer us gently to better ones sometimes!). We really appreciate that you were always available to answer any questions and meet with us at times that suited us. The end result is beautiful and goes way beyond just the pool area, enhancing our whole garden area. We are already really enjoying using it, especially the fantastic day bed that you suggested!
Every step of the process has been conducted with professionalism and more than met our expectations. Your team are an absolute pleasure to work with. Nothing was ever too much trouble, they were exceedingly polite and friendly and did everything they could to minimise the mess during the process. We were very impressed with the way you worked with the other tradespeople involved in building our pool and that you made sure that we could enjoy our pool area in time for the Christmas break under some tight timeframes (through no fault of your own). Mowing the lawn at the end was a particularly nice bonus, as was patiently answering all the questions of our 7 year old, who now feels ready to join the team
